Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. This helps me ensure I can accommodate other clients and continue providing the best service to everyone.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% charge for the service(s) booked.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked, and a 50% deposit will be required for the next appointment. The deposit will go towards the new appointment.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and things may come up last minute. However, please keep in mind that filling a last-minute spot is not always easy. While I do offer a grace period of 15 minutes, I want to be transparent that all late cancellations, late rescheduling, and no-shows will be recorded to help protect the integrity of this policy.
